As I get home from practice on a random Wednesday evening, I ,like every other teenager, scroll through my social media outlets. Nine times out of ten I see a picture of Justin Grieco and Casey Coudrey. My first thought was, “Oh that’s nice” but then after countless unnecessary pictures, I am very tempted to hit the unfollow/delete button.

Apparently, I am not the only one who feels this way.   Other friends of Justin and Casey are starting to get annoyed as well. Skyler Arrasate, friend of both, said, “It doesn’t bother me that much, but it is all over my newsfeed and after a while I will admit it does get on my nerves.”

A junior who wishes to keep their identity unknown for their protection and safety agreed, saying, “It is really annoying.  They pretend like they are dating and every other picture I see is of them.” Regardless of annoying overkill of pictures, everyone agrees both of them are great people so I decided to take an inside look of their relationship with an exclusive Q and A with the two of them.

Q: How did the two of you become friends?

J:  Through you and when you kind of left us I picked up the pieces.  We get along great and she is fun to be around.

C: Through you in 9^th grade, [I thought he was a] nice guy and fun to be around

Q:  Would either of you consider a real relationship in the future even though everybody thinks you date now?

J: Yes, in the past I would have a feeling here or there, nothing serious.  At the moment there are no feelings but if she were to show feelings for me I can’t say for sure what my answer in response would be.

C: No, I love Justin but I know him too well.  I don’t know.  Never say never but I don’t see it anytime soon but who knows..

Q:  What do you two have to say about the negative reaction of your constant pictures together?

J: Casey loves the attention.  I could not care less, but at the same time I like to express my affection to her and am not afraid to show it.

C: THEY ARE CUTE AND I LIKE THEM AND THAT’S ALL THAT MATTERS!!

Moral of the story: avoid annoying posts — and Casey and Justin are not dating.  They just want attention.
