2024 Spring & Summer Fashion

2024+Spring+%26+Summer+Fashion

WHB students have some fashion advice for this upcoming spring/summer. If you’re interested in what’s currently affordable and trending for girls right now, get ready. With the weather getting warmer girls are on the lookout for what to buy next.

Recent Tiktoks, showcase trending clothes for the upcoming season, include matching sets, low waisted jeans/mini skirts and cheetah print. Senior Gioia Benenati said, “I want to see less neon and excessive athletic wear, and more crochet beach cover ups and skirts.”

Every girl can agree it’s a struggle to find new, cute, AND affordable clothes/swimwear every year. Summer of ‘23 was the summer of Target and Triangl bathing suits along with other basic stores girls shopped at. This year the internet is bringing back newer brands such as Everything But Water, Blackbough, and Kulani Kinis.

Locally, we can shop at popular stores; including Mixology, Island Surf, Tola, Mint, Chic, High End Hippie, Saltwater, and Fahrenheit 451. Junior Elliejean Burke says, “Island Surf really represents WHB, and always gives off summer vibes.”

As the weather gets warmer users on social media are ready to eliminate factors that are getting old in the fashion industry. Voted best dressed senior, Kayla Hughes, wants to see more belts, longer tops, prints, and baggy jeans.

Some trending shoes to pair with these styles also include Vejas, New Balances and the three Adidas styles currently selling out, Gazelles, Campus, and Samabas.

While there are tons of store options in Westhampton Beach to shop at, these are the ones the girls like most at WHB. Don’t know where to look for current trends? Check out these users on Instagram.
