If you don’t know Alex Patricolo , or as other call him “Alessandro,” you should- not only is he ranked 35th in the nation at the game of squash- but he is also an accomplished WHB track star.
Alessandro, a local Tuckahoe student attending WHB, is known throughout the school for many reasons. It may be from the way he gets inside people, as senior Mike Delcolle claims, “He fills my heart with joy.” Or how he’s “occasionally useful homework- wise,” as Allie Brezinski said.
But why Alex? What makes him such a hit with the ladies? Why is he such a fabulous friend? The Hurricane Eye hit the halls to find these answers.
Junior Roger Llivisaca feels Alex is such a hit with the ladies because “He behaves mostly like the opposite gender so its contradictory to refer to the opposite gender as “the opposite gender”.” Senior Eric Silverman, added “His amazing squash skills” to why Alex is such a hit. Ladies dig squash player’s guys, take notes.
But when it comes to Alex, it’s not all fun and games. Alex cares truly about his reputation and schoolwork. Even Mr. Herr, the principal of WHB, describes Alex as “intelligent, athletic, and ambitious.” Mr. Fulham, arguably the hardest teacher in WHB agrees with Mr. Herr, he described Alex as “Personable, funny, and fun to be with.”
A lot is still be known about Alex, for instance, did you know Alex claims to eat “two to three boxes of Oreos a week?” Hard to imagine that with that kind of calorie intake he still weighs less than 100 pounds, must be all the squash being played.
Alex is also very indecisive. When asked what super power he would chose to have, he said “To fly, no that’s cliché, okay, no, to fly. Because I like flying, no to fly, that’d be awesome, to fly” Then Alex began to beat box.
After that statement, Alex became Super Alex.
