Kara is a junior at Westhampton Beach High School who has always lived in East Quogue, running a busy life having four brothers and one sister. She hopes to continue her streak of good grades this year. She's a two-season athlete, balling on the court in the winter and running laps in the spring. In her free time, Kara enjoys hanging out with friends and family, spending time at the beach and visiting Funchos, her favorite restaurant. A goal setter, Kara dreams of traveling to Greece and would love to become an elementary school teacher in the future.This is her first year writing for The Hurricane Eye.
