Leading up to almost 20 million views on Youtube, the celebrity couple, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, also known as “Kimye” released a new music on November 19th that caused many shocked and disturbed fans.

The song, “Bound 2,” on West’s latest album Yeezus is still loved by many fans but not so much when it comes to the music video. The video features a ridiculous scenery montage with snowy mountains and white horses while Kanye West is randomly riding a motorcycle with Kim Kardashian on top.

While West’s video is going viral, spoofs are being created by many fans and even celebrities, mocking the engaged Hollywood couple. A popular one at the moment is “Bound 3” with the adored actors, James Franco and Seth Rogen from Pineapple Express.

The spoof with 3 million views on YouTube still contains the overdone tacky nature scenes with James Franco playing Kanye West and Seth Rogen playing Kim Kardashian. James Franco accurately mocks Kanye Wests’ gestures while rapping and Seth Rogen even manages to be as feminine as possible to play the irresistible Kim Kardashian with exaggerated half open eyes. Sophomores Caity DeCara and Sarah Beaver both agreed that the Bound 3 Spoof was hilarious and better than the original.

Junior Michael Rizzi said,  “I was blown away when I first saw Bound 2. On a scale of 1 to 10, I was probably at a seven but the spoof, Bound 3, was a little better.”

As the video is spreading all over the world, many people are creating different opinions on their views of the couple. From the video we can all feel the awkwardness coming from their relationship and how forced they looked as if they’re almost trying to compete for attention. Bound 3 is not only a funny skit but shows how fake, exaggerated and superficial “Kimye” seems to be out of the hollywood lights.
