Many students in WHBHS have hidden talents that most of the student body does not know about. Luckily for them, the Student Government has organized WHB’s Got Talent so these students can show off their special talents.

This might sound familiar because in previous years the Student Government has hosted the Variety Show, which was an opportunity for students to show off their talents. This year Student Government is planning to change up the show and make it better for everyone to enjoy.

Organizer of the event, senior, Emma Galasso hopes to have a bigger audience than ever. In hope of this larger audience, Student Government has switched the date to be after Spring Break.

There are many ways to get involved with the show. Emma stated, “Students can come to the Student Government meetings after school every Monday in room 207! We are looking for students to help hand out the programs, as well as helping with the transitions in between the numbers. We are also looking for MC’s to lead the show!”

So for students who are looking to get involved in school activities this could be a perfect opportunity.

Emma hopes to see the show grow in terms of different talents. She stated, “we usually have a lot of singers participate, so we are looking for dancers, jugglers–anything really!” She added, “Whatever your talent is we will be happy to showcase it!”

This show is a perfect opportunity for all students to come and show off their unique, amazing talents.

For students out there with special talents or for those who just want to help out go down to the main office and get a sign-up sheet or go to a Student Government meeting, Mondays after school in room 207.
