Youth to Youth recently had a school-wide wreath sale, sending the proceeds to benefit a drug free community and helping the victims from the typhoons in the Philippines. According to Connor Federico, the treasurer of the club, Y2Y raised $2,156 by selling each wreath for $22.

Connor said club members got together to “design each wreath by hand, so there was going to be some human error, but the only main difference was the color of the bows, either dark velvet or bright red.”  Each member had about a week and a half to design the wreaths.

Twenty members participated in selling the wreaths for two weeks and a total of 86 wreaths were sold.
