Blake Gilks

Blake Gilks, also known as “The Rooster”, is a Junior from East Quogue at WHBHS. Rooster is a lineman on the football team and he also plays lacrosse. Rooster’s favorite thing to do is bench press, hitting 315lbs this past summer. His biggest goal in life is to bench 500 lbs. Rooster has been to the Dominican Republic and his favorite vacation spot, Jamaica. One day, he hopes to travel to Italy. The Rooster’s favorite car is the Ferrari F-40 and his favorite food is Lithuanian sausage. This is Rooster’s first year writing for The Hurricane Eye.
