High waisted jeans, sweatpants, sweaters, turtlenecks, and boots are not just what kids in WHB are wearing. This season, students are getting more creative with their fall trends and we want to know more about it!
We asked one student in each grade to see what styles they’ve been following this fall season.
Freshman Casey Sidor says his style varies from shorts and a tee shirt to a sweatshirt and sweatpants depending on the day. He matches his outfits with either slides or a pair of white sneakers. Casey describes his style as “ what a skater would wear.” He buys most of his clothes from Vans, but also buys from online websites.
Sophomore Maya Bolduc says tank tops, mom jeans, skinny jeans, and hoodies are trendying. Maya describes her style as casual yet still stylish. Maya likes to accessorize; she said, “It adds more to your outfit, and can give people a sense of your personality in a way.” She shops at American Eagle, PacSun, Brandy Melville, and Aerie. Emma Chamberlain influences her style because she always changes up the way she dresses and creates new trends. She also gets new ideas from friends and the Pinterest app.
Junior Daniel Stark prefers to wear tees, flannels, shorts and jeans. Daniel says that he likes “keeping it simple” when it comes to school. Dan loves listening to music, so he enjoys incorporating that into his everyday style. He says, “I use clothing to express my love for music.” He usually purchases his clothing from either Vanity Fair or Old Navy.
