Sophie is a sophomore from Remsenburg at Westhampton Beach High School and is really excited to be a part of the writing staff of The Hurricane Eye this year. She absolutely loves to travel and recently went to Australia with a program called People to People. Sophie has also traveled with them before to France, Italy, and Greece. She is very involved with performances at the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center and will be in this winter’s performance of Into the Woods. She has much experience with photography, having worked some events (weddings, parties, etc.) She loves writing, too, and can’t wait to get her stories out there.
