Maureen Duffy, a sophomore at WHBHS, has lived in East Quogue since her first birthday. She plays varsity lacrosse, cross country and winter track. Since 7th grade, Maureen has been playing on the varsity lacrosse team, and since 8th grade, she has running for the cross country and track teams. During the summer, Maureen is either playing in lacrosse tournaments with her travel team or lounging at the beach with her friends. This is her first year writing for The Hurricane Eye.
