Desiree is a senior at WHBHS who lives in the quiet town of East Quogue.  Though bleak and unexciting, the ghosts of some of her best memories live in the town that she’ll soon be leaving. She  has two simple passions - writing poetry and cosmetology. When she was little, she’d beg her mom to let her play with her makeup, and had a habit of cutting her hair every time she got a pair of scissors in her grasp.  Fittingly, she’s planning to attend a cosmetology institute after high school.  She’s proud of the fact that she doesn’t quite blend into high school's realm of normality and thinks everyone should embrace their individualism. High school’s like a little fish bowl, and when you get out of here there’s a whole ocean ahead of you. So don’t dwell to much on what all the little fish surrounding you think.  Just enjoy yourself!
